Shipping Policy

All Orders are generally shipped out within 2 to 4 business days from Order date.

We make every effort to ensure the gift box/order looks exactly the same as shown, however some products may needed to be substituted due to non availability or discontinuation.


Return Policy

All Sales are Final. No Exchange or Return on any products.

But if there are any issues with your gift upon arrival, please do let us know within 24 hours. We take every effort to ensure your Gift Box arrives looking amazing.


Return Policy for Personalized Ribbons

All sales are final on the personalized ribbon. If there is an error on our part, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will ensure it is corrected.


What payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Card/Debit Card payments - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Google Pay, Apple pay


I’m having problems placing an order. What do I do?

Can I checkout with multiple shipping addresses?

For orders containing multiple shipping addresses, you can checkout separately for each order or Please email info@fancify.ca and be sure to include the type of gift, each recipient’s full name, address, phone number, and note you would like included with each gift. For corporate orders, please email us at info@fancify.ca


Can I add a personal notecard to my gift

Yes - When you check out, include your message in the box that says "MESSAGE FOR NOTECARD".


Can I customize my gift

See the "Build your Box " section on our website to choose items and create a truly unique and personalized gift.

Can I substitute items from a pre-designed box? 

Yes, can offer substitutions on our pre-designed boxes or baskets. Please call us to arrange this.


How does shipping work?

Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using Canada Post, UPS, Fedex and Purolator. Estimated shipping times are approximately 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Please expect some delays during the holiday season.


Do you offer pick up option?

We do offer free curbside pick up. Please call us on (416)820-2474 to coordinate pick up.


Do you offer same day shipping?

Same day delivery service can be arranged in the GTA, but for this you will have to call us on 416-820-2474 and we will be more than happy to work with you.


Do you ship to the USA?  

Yes, we offer shipping to the USA! Delivery times are typically between 4-10 business days but we cannot guarantee an exact time frame as packages may be delayed at Customs. 


I want to order multiple boxes that will be shipped to multiple addresses but your website only allows one address per order. How can I do this? 

There are two options, you can either (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order and we will send you an invoice to pay for all of the gifts in one transaction. 


How long will it take my gift to ship?

Our gifts typically ship within 2 to 4 business days from the day you place your order.


What if I want my gift to arrive on a specific day?

If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘additional notes’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.
